01 Introduction

Welcome to max855. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and max855 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online gaming platform accessible at max855.cam (the "Platform").

By creating a player account, logging in to an existing account, accessing any content on the Platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of max855, including but not limited to registered players, visitors, and any person who interacts with the Platform in any capacity. max855 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the max855 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds, pending withdrawals, and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward granted to a Player by max855 under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money funds into a Player's Account using a supported payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to comply with applicable regulatory standards.
• "Platform" means the max855 website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible at max855.cam.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real money stake placed on a game outcome, sporting event, or other betting market available on the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a Player's Account Balance to a designated payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wagering turnover a Player must achieve before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed on a Player's Account, preventing access to the Platform for a specified or indefinite period.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on max855, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited by law.
• You must not already hold another active Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device is permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or using the Account.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or director of max855 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must be of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

max855 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in Account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of bonus funds.

04 Account Registration

When registering an Account on max855, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The following conditions apply to your Account registration and ongoing use:

• You must provide your real full name as it appears on your government-issued identification document (MyKad or passport).
• You must provide a valid, active email address and/or mobile phone number that you own and control.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Do not share these with any third party.
• You must notify max855 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account under any circumstances.
• max855 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.
• max855 reserves the right to refuse any Account registration at its sole and absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

max855 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency options including USDT TRC20 and BTC. All Account Balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for most e-wallet and FPX methods. Specific minimums may vary by payment channel.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly (e-wallets) or within 5–10 minutes (bank transfers), subject to the payment provider's processing time.
• max855 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own verified name.
• Withdrawals via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes, subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 15–60 minutes.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC verification and compliance with active wagering requirements.
• max855 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time in exceptional cases.
• If a withdrawal is rejected due to incorrect payment details provided by the Player, max855 will not be responsible for any resulting delay or loss of funds.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

max855 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have a fully verified Account in good standing.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. General wagering requirements range from 5x to 15x the bonus amount, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirement completion. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Refer to the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• max855 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, the use of automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or coordinated bonus harvesting — will result in permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Birthday Bonuses and Referral Rewards are governed by their own specific terms and tier eligibility criteria.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagering activity on max855 — whether on casino games, sports betting markets, esports events, crash games, or any other product — is subject to the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. max855 does not cancel confirmed wagers at the request of the Player, except in circumstances expressly provided for in the specific game or sports book rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game session, max855 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the Player's Account. Any payout generated during a demonstrable malfunction shall not be honoured.
• Sports betting odds are set by max855 at its own discretion and are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are not guaranteed until the bet is fully confirmed.
• Mix Parlay bets are settled in accordance with max855's official sports betting rules. A void selection in a parlay does not invalidate the remaining legs; the parlay is recalculated accordingly.
• All casino games are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, governed by the rules of the respective game as presented by the live dealer.
• max855 maintains records of all betting activity. These records shall be the definitive reference in any dispute regarding a wager outcome, settlement, or payout.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the max855 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, forfeiture of Account Balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform's systems.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your Account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation will result in reversal of associated winnings.
• Attempting to access or tamper with another Player's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during Account registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the operation of the Platform or the experience of other Players.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person who is under 21 years of age.

09 KYC Verification

max855 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. KYC verification may also be requested at any time at max855's discretion.

The following documents are typically required for KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: A copy of your valid MyKad (Malaysian national identity card) or passport. The document must be legible, unexpired, and must match the name and date of birth provided during registration.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the payment method used is registered in your name (e.g., a screenshot of your e-wallet showing your name and account number).
• Additional Documentation: max855 reserves the right to request additional documents, including source of funds declarations, in circumstances that warrant enhanced due diligence.

KYC documents submitted to max855 are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are stored securely using industry-standard data protection measures. Submission of falsified or manipulated KYC documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination and potential referral to relevant authorities.

10 Responsible Gambling

max855 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and must not be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

• max855 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all account registration, deposits, and wagering activity.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the max855 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game interfaces, and software — is the property of max855 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of max855.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive source code from any part of the Platform's software.
• The max855 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, max855 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any service offered thereon.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, including during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Any technical malfunction, system error, server failure, data loss, or communications disruption affecting the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, or FPX.
• Any loss of winnings or profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether or not max855 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, max855's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In all cases, max855's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

max855 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading personal information or KYC documentation.
• Multi-accounting or any form of bonus abuse.
• Violation of the prohibited conduct provisions set out in Section 8.
• Request by the Player themselves (voluntary closure).
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.

Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, max855 reserves the right to forfeit any Account Balance, pending bonuses, and outstanding winnings. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) held at the time of closure due to reasons not attributable to Player misconduct will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which max855 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts as determined by the applicable regulatory framework.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

15 Amendments

max855 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, max855 will notify registered Players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the notification of any amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting customer support.
